Kitchen This transitional kitchen combines a soft white painted perimeter with a mid-tone stained plain sawn oak island. The cabinetry is flush inset with a wide shaker style door with a bevel detail. The polished nickel Bridget faucet and cabinetry hardware add a clean sophistication. The quartz countertops and backsplash add an additional texture. The Monogram stainless steel refrigerator and gas range add a modern commercial look. A flush inset Sharp microwave drawer is tucked away below a side niche that creates a coffee station near the refrigerator. The over scaled pendant lights and square hood shape add to the modern styling.
Butler’s Pantry This butlers’ pantry/bar area adds additional storage as well as a paneled wine captain. The wall cabinets are accented with mesh inserts which add elegance to the plain sawn white oak-stained cabinetry with its rustic wood grain. The kitchen quartz was repeated here for a cohesive look between the two spaces.
Primary Bath This primary bath features shaker style beaded inset cabinetry with a reeded center panel on the doors. The soft graining of the stained alder finish compliments and contrasts with the white tile, countertops and free-standing tub.
Lower-Level Bar This lower-level bar includes a sink, paneled beverage fridge, storage drawers and ample counter space for serving drinks in this rec room space. The integrated quartz storage shelf for bottles and glassware adds a modern touch as well as the wall mounted accent sconces.
