Kitchen This modern kitchen pairs the warm undertone of beige painted frameless cabinetry with matte black hardware and white quartz with subtle warm tone veining. The two-tone plumbing fixtures in matte black with a brushed brass knurled texture add a pop as well as the linear island light and waterfall ends. A flush inset microwave drawer and paneled French door refrigerator with two freezer drawers adds a unique look. Paneling the dishwasher also helped keep this small kitchen design more streamlined and having an open pantry for food storage and small-scale appliances off the kitchen maximized the counterspace.
Mudroom The color drenched deep green mudroom is complemented by a light wood bench, fossilized tile floors and brass hardware for a warm organic modern look. The tall and wall cabinets add much needed concealed storage to keep the entry area from looking cluttered.
Laundry This laundry room makes the most of its limited footprint by including a sink, storage cabinet, hanging rod, open shelf and countertop for additional work surface. The pendant light and vaulted v-groove clad ceiling give this space a modern and airy feel.
