Kitchenette
A lower level space made for entertaining. We designed this kitchenette to support parties, movie nights, game days and everyday use. The Sharp flush inset microwave drawer and Fisher & Paykell paneled dishwasher drawer add function and style to the space. The flanking paneled Subzero column refrigerators offer amble storage for food, drinks, ice, beverage and wine storage convenient for entertaining in the lower level. The wall cabinets above with brass mesh accent grills add a place to showcase special bottles and glassware like these vintage beer steins. The Douglass Fur floating shelves provide a place to showcase this homeowner’s treasured bottles, mementos and vintage barware against the stacked stone backsplash which adds texture, warmth and functionality to the space.
Lower Level Guest Bath
This bath features a bow front stained alder vanity with leg detailing. The marble countertop with curved backsplash and traditional drop cabinet knobs complements the look while the modern sconces and faucet add contrasting elements. The soft neutral geometric tile adds interest as well as a modern touch.
Entertainment Center
The dark blue-gray color of the Entertainment Center built-ins adds a strong contrast to the space with otherwise warm toned finishes on the stacked stone, beams and flooring. The blue-gray color ties into the soft goods in the living space furnishings to create a welcoming contrast. The mesh accent doors in the cabinetry provide storage which is easily accessible with a remote while staying somewhat concealed and the deep storage drawers that provide space for games and blankets to support this cozy family entertaining space.
Lower Level Bar
This deep green dry bar supports the Billard and Ping Pong Table area as well as the entertaining space in this lower level bar. The center brass mesh insert wall cabinets accent special stemware while the adjacent closed door and drawer cabinetry provide functional storage for hosting. The countertop space with antique mirrored backplash add a unique and reflective area to store special bottles and serve guests.
Gym
This home gym features top of the line weight equipment as well as white painted cabinetry and a Monogram beverage center for storage and keeping drinks cool and accessible.
